Fall Shows

The students of Leonia High school have shown their love and addiction to their personal fall shows ranging from the classic Gilmore Girls to Supergirl. The love of fall is strong and it’s that love that compels a lot of us to rewatch or watch our favorite fall shows. 

Helen Pineda, a senior at Leonia High School says her favorite fall show (or Halloween show) is “American Horror Story because it reminds me of Halloween and give that spooky sense of fall”

Adam Arriola ’25 explains his love for his favorite fall show, Supergirl, “I have watched it for years and always around fall. It’s the perfect mix of action and fall.” 

Thankfully, for those of us who are stuck on what to watch this fall season, Nour Karkus’24 highly recommends “Gossip Girl and Gilmore Girls because they are the [epitome] of fall and will get you into the fall spirit in no time. It surprisingly even gets you into doing your school work.”

Helen’s other recommendations include, “Gilmore Girls if you need a comfort show, and Law and Order if you like mystery/scary stories.”

Fall brings a new air to our “fall shows,” highlighting them in a way no other season could. From small town drama to murder mystery, there’s a fall show out there for everyone. As you sink into your couch in front of your TV taking in a whole different world, we can acknowledge the sense of peace and fall spirit while we watch.

So grab your favorite blanket, snuggle in, and prepare yourself  to be completely lost in the never ending world of fall shows.
