The Cheesecake Factory, is it Worth The Hype?
The Cheesecake Factory, chances are you have heard this name once or twice. According to the Cheesecake Factory website, it is ranked number one in food quality and voted favorite in casual dining in a national survey of diners. It is known for its fresh quality of food and its welcoming environment. They work year-round keeping everything at the best for their customers. But is The Cheesecake Factory really as good as everyone says it is?
The Cheesecake Factory has a very chill environment, for example, people can dress up or casual for the dining experience. You are also welcomed with a friendly hostess and a clean environment. They have a vast selection of items to choose from. According to the website GuiltyEats whose research is based on surveys, some of their most well known and loved meals are the crispy chicken Cosetta, stuffed cheddar burger, and their truffle honey chicken
. They provide several meal options and desserts. Their most popular cheesecakes are the Very Cherry Ghirardelli Chocolate Cheesecake, the white chocolate raspberry truffle, and the oreo cream extreme. When I asked my close friend Isabella Montoya what’s her favorite meal there she responded with, “I ordered the stuffed cheddar burger my first time there and since then, I haven’t ordered anything else. It’s honestly so good I have never had anything like it anywhere else. You should definitely try it.” She went on to describe how the cheddar was perfect and how they cooked it to perfection.
My other friend Emani Murphy, a sophomore from LHS, talked about her favorite cheesecakes. “I have had the oreo one, the dulce de leche, and the white chocolate raspberry truffle cheesecake. They have some of the best cheesecake I have ever had.” Emani likes the white chocolate raspberry truffle cheesecake so much that when we went she ordered it again.
After hearing not only my friends but family talk about how great the food is I felt as if I needed to try it out. Valentine’s day weekend I went out with my friends to eat at the Cheesecake Factory in Hackensack, New Jersey. We got there at 5:30 pm, the time of our reservation. We got seated at around 5:50 pm because the place was packed with people.
When it came time to order my entree I was presented with several different options. I decided to get the four cheese pasta. The pasta was so good and worth every single penny I spent on it. Once I finished it, it was time for dessert. I ordered the dream extreme oreo cheesecake. At first, I was worried it was going to be too sweet and heavy, however, I was wrong. The cheesecake was amazing and not overly sweet. Overall I would say that the Cheesecake Factory was worth the hype and every penny. Definitely go visit the Cheesecake Factory if you want to have a good time.
